Who it's for
SNUG Singapore is a users-group event, genuinely useful for hands-on chip design engineers already working with Synopsys EDA tools who want practical, peer-presented techniques and access to sponsor foundries and partners. It is not particularly relevant for anyone outside the Synopsys tool ecosystem, non-technical business roles, or generalist CAD/mechanical design engineers, this is semiconductor/IC-specific, not general CAD or product design.
