About this event
The prostep ivip Symposium is the association's annual two-day platform for industrial digital transformation, moving to the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf Airport for 2027 under the theme Augmented Engineers, United! Across the World. The call for contributions covers seven areas: the augmented engineer, software-defined products, MBSE and systems engineering, the PLM and ALM backbone, virtual product representation and validation, collaboration, standards and dataspaces, and new domains and global perspectives. The programme combines parallel presentation tracks and 90-minute workshops with an exhibition reserved for association members and two evening events. Toshiba and Mazda are the Premium Partners, and the programme is still to be announced.
Who it's for
Genuinely useful for PLM/PDM practitioners, digital-thread and systems-engineering professionals, and enterprise IT/engineering-software decision-makers at manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace firms, as a leading independent conference on industrial digital transformation and product development digitalisation. Not aimed at general software developers, consumer-tech audiences, or roles unrelated to product lifecycle and engineering data management.
