CATIA SoCal Regional User Group Meeting 2026

CATIA on 3DEXPERIENCE R2026x, Gen7 AI and the digital thread for Southern California users

About this event

The CATIA SoCal Regional User Group Meeting is a single-day event organised by Dassault Systèmes at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. The agenda covers what is new in CATIA on 3DEXPERIENCE R2026x, an introduction to Gen7 AI, parametric (KAD) methodology, visual scripting, AI and automation for concept design, EE&S systems architecture and the digital thread. Rivian Automotive and OCMEE Design present as customer speakers, and the day includes a networking happy hour.

Who it's for

CATIA UsersMechanical Design EngineersCAD/PLM AdministratorsSystems Engineers

Aimed at engineers and CAD/PLM teams in Southern California who already use CATIA on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, with sessions on mechanical design, parametric methodology, visual scripting, concept design automation and EE&S systems architecture. Both named customer talks come from automotive work, one on customising and deploying 3DEXPERIENCE at scale. Of little use to non-Dassault CAD users, as most of the programme is delivered by Dassault Systèmes staff.
